LabTech MiniLab 3000 Fully Automatic Liquid Handling Platform

The MiniLab 3000 Fully Automatic Liquid Handling Platform fully automates a wide range of analytical sample preparation processes, including organic solid-liquid sample preparation, sample dilution, standard curve preparation, mixed standard preparation, internal standard preparation, and quantitative addition of standards and QC samples, as well as various other liquid handling operations. It provides prepared standards, calibration curves, and samples for subsequent GC/LC analysis. This platform is widely used in disease control, food safety, agriculture, environmental protection, pharmaceuticals, chemical industries, and more.

Key Features

The MiniLab 3000 Fully Automatic Liquid Handling Platform replaces manual preparation of standard solutions and liquid handling, eliminating human error and ensuring accuracy and precision in preparation, with sealed puncture and precise pipetting.
  • Dual-syringe pump design: Automatically switches based on application needs, ensuring precision and accuracy in liquid handling.
  • Sealed preparation: Performs closed puncture preparation through septa to prevent volatilization of standards and solvents.
  • Automated vortex mixing: Provides more accurate preparation of poorly soluble samples.
  • Automated vial handling: Transfers sample vials to the vortex mixing position for automatic mixing. Contactless mixing prevents cross-contamination.
  • High throughput: Supports up to 288 positions for 2 mL vials, enabling one-step preparation of hundreds of pesticide mixed standards.
  • Cross-contamination prevention: Pipette tips support multi-stage cleaning (both inner and outer walls) with an active waste discharge pump to prevent contamination.
  • Strong compatibility: Supports vial sizes from 2 mL to 100 mL.
  • Optional features: Upgradable sample tray heating and cooling for inorganic sample preparation and pipette functionality.
