LabTech HPSE-6 Pressurised Solvent Extractor

The HPSE-6 Pressurised Solvent Extractor is designed for the extraction of organic compounds from solid or semi-solid samples using solvents under controlled temperature and pressure. Supporting simultaneous extraction of up to 6 samples, the HPSE-6 Pressurised Solvent Extractor system offers a modern alternative to traditional methods such as Soxhlet extraction, significantly improving extraction efficiency and reducing solvent consumption. It is widely used in environmental, food, pharmaceutical, and other applications.

Key Features

The HPSE-6 is compatible with extraction cells of various sizes, offering high flexibility and convenience. Its fully enclosed design ensures energy efficiency and environmental protection.
  • Multi-purpose: Compatible with extraction cells ranging from 1 to 40 mL, meeting diverse application needs across environmental (soil, air), food testing, and more.
  • High-performance dynamic pressurization: 100 mL/min high-power pump enables dynamic automatic pressure adjustment for different cell sizes and pressure ranges.
  • Leakage prevention: Self-positioning pre-tightening sealing technology eliminates the need for manual sealing during cell preparation. The system automatically seals the extraction cells before operation, preventing leakage and ensuring stable continuous performance.
  • Safe and eco-friendly: Fully enclosed design prevents the volatilization of toxic or harmful solvents; built-in ventilation system allows direct connection to exhaust systems, eliminating the need for a fume hood.
