LabTech HPSE-2 Pressurised Solvent Extractor

The HPSE-2 Pressurised Solvent Extractor is designed for the extraction of organic compounds from solid or semi-solid samples using solvents under controlled temperature and pressure. The HPSE-2 system offers a modern alternative to traditional extraction methods such as Soxhlet extraction, significantly improving extraction efficiency while reducing solvent consumption. It is widely used in environmental, food, pharmaceutical, and other application fields.

Key Features

The HPSE-2 Pressurised Solvent Extractor is compatible with extraction cells of various sizes, offering flexibility and convenience. The instrument features a fully enclosed design, ensuring both energy efficiency and environmental protection.
  • Multi-purpose: Compatible with extraction cells ranging from 1 to 100 mL, meeting diverse application needs across environmental (soil, air), food testing, and other fields.
  • Dynamic pressurization: High-flow pump (100 mL/min) provides strong solvent delivery, enabling dynamic automatic pressure adjustment for different cell sizes and pressure ranges.
  • Leakage prevention: Self-positioning pre-tightening sealing technology eliminates the need for manual sealing during cell preparation. The instrument automatically seals the extraction cell before extraction to prevent leakage, ensuring stable continuous operation.
  • Safe and eco-friendly: Fully enclosed design prevents the volatilization of toxic or harmful solvents; built-in ventilation system allows direct connection to exhaust systems without requiring placement in a fume hood.
