LabTech MiniLab 3000-i Fully Automatic Liquid Handling Platform

The MiniLab 3000-i is designed for fully automated preparation of inorganic liquid samples in analytical workflows. It performs liquid sample dilution, calibration curve preparation, mixed standard preparation, internal standard curve creation, quantitative addition of standards and QC samples, as well as other liquid handling operations. It provides ready-to-use standard solutions, calibration curves, and sample preparation services for subsequent analysis with instruments such as AAS, ICP, and ICP-MS.

  • Automatic vortexing function: robotic arm can transfer vials to the vortexing station for thorough mixing, ensuring accurate preparation of difficult-to-dissolve samples.
  • Non-contact mixing method to avoid cross-contamination.
  • Supports up to 288 sample vials, enabling one-step multi-element mixed standard preparation.
  • Multi-level pipette needle cleaning (inner and outer walls), equipped with an active waste pump to eliminate cross-contamination.
  • Wide compatibility with sample vials ranging from 2 mL to 110 mL.
